The Bull Terrier Miniature

The Miniature Bull Terrier originated in Great Britain during the 1800's for ratting and bull baiting. It is the smallest version of the Bull Terrier. It was fairly common during the 1800's, then its popularity waned until fairly recently.

Height: 10 - 14" (25.4 - 35.6cm)

Weight: 24 - 33 lbs (10.7 - 14.7 kg)

Coat Type: The coat is short, flat and glossy. Minimal grooming care is required.

Temperament: The Miniature Bull Terrier enjoys human company but can be testy with other dogs. It is an intelligent, brave and determined dog.

Special Interest: The AKC only recognized the Miniature Bull Terrier in 1992, as its 133rd breed.
