It is completely fenced with sallyport gates. There are small dog and large dog sections plus an additional area for dogs or people with special needs. Water and benches are in each section and there is a large shade structure as well. The grounds are all grass.

Dog Park Info: The dog park is only a few weeks old so there is not a description for it.
North Lake Community Park is the largest recreational complex managed by the Parks & Trails Division. Opening in March 2009 were many of park s amenities, including an expansive playground area, four picnic pavilions, two restroom facilities, two basketball courts, six tennis courts, four sand volleyball courts, 1.4-mile perimeter trail loop and .75-mile nature trail. The park is located east of the City of Umatilla, off of East Collins Street (East County Road 450). The primary purpose of the park is to offer recreational sports fields. The ball fields, including the two baseball, two softball, two soccer and three multi-use (soccer & football), are anticipated to open in June 2009 when the turf is more established and able to withstand the stress of game play. The park is a former orange grove and many citrus trees still make up its property boundaries.
