Comments = Incline Village residents with dogs meet in the summer during the above hours. After the beaches close (usually after Labor Day) they take the dogs to Ski Beach for off-leash play (same hours apply). Poop Scoops available - use them! - and dress warm in the winter - hats and gloves are a must. It's one of the most beautiful spots on earth for a doggie get together.Las Vegas
