On non-holiday weekdays, dogs may be off-leash in the Nethermead (15 acres) from 5pm-9am year-round. On holidays and weekends, hours above apply to Nethermead as well. At all other times, dogs must be on-leash.
Features: trees, restrooms (Long Meadow only; may not be available in early morning), water; some fountains equipped with troughs for dogs.
Note: There are no fenced dog areas. Dogs may be off-leash with appropriate supervision in three large meadows at hours specified above. Dogs must be on-leash at all other places and times; please observe all off-leash rules.

Wolfe's Pond Park
Located at the Huguenot Avenue entrance to Wolfe's Pond Park in the borough of Staten Island, NYC. This is Staten Island's very first dog park. The Dog Owners Group of Staten Island has been working with Parks to get other amenities added to the enclosure. It is currently 250 x 150. Parks & DOGSI are hoping to get an area of the beach
adjacent to the dog park for the dogs to run & play in the sand & water.
