Dogs are allowed on the beach before 8am and after 5pm. Location: Eastern Promenade. Directions: Take Congress Street all the way to the Eastern Promenade, turn right to go down the hill to the water / boat launch area, the beach is right there.
There are no dogs allowed on East End Beach from Memorial Day through Labor Day each year.
