Marathon County Humane Society

We are a 501 c(3) not for profit organization. We are an open admission shelter and the recognized impound facility for stray animals in Marathon County. Approximately 3,000 animals are housed annually. We are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and are membership-driven. A small paid staff is supplemented by an evergrowing volunteer base.
