The Providence Animal Rescue League is one of the small number of open admissions shelters in the state of Rhode Island. More than 2500 animals come through PARL’s doors each year. We are a 100 year old organization committed to serving as a resource for Rhode Island’s pet owners. PARL staffers and volunteers are here for the animals 365 days a year. We are open for adoptions 6 days a week. *closed Mondays
