Rebel’s Dog Park is a public dog park on the premises of the Humane Society of Harford County (HSHC). Founded by Beverly Francis, the park is dedicated in honor of her loving 14-year-old black lab mix, lost to a 4-month battle with cancer. Bev adopted Rebel from HSHC in 1993 and her wishes are that more people consider adopting a pet from HSHC. Rebel’s Dog Park opened in November of 2006 and has been a huge hit in our community.
Hours of Operation
Monday-Friday: 7am – 6pm
Saturday: 7am – 5pm
Sunday: 7am – 4pm
